BUILDERS

YOU’VE GOT ENOUGH HATS.

A plan needs attention. A buyer needs help deciding. Selections need updating. And the last house still hasn’t made it onto your website.

I help smaller builders with the work that crosses between roles, without adding another full-time position.

TELL ME WHAT’S PILING UP.

Someone who can pick up the thread.

  • Thirty years in residential design and builder operations means I understand how one decision reaches into the next.
  • A plan change affects the elevation. A late selection affects the schedule. An unclear drawing creates another phone call.

I can help you work through the issue and get useful information to the next person.

PUT ME WHERE YOU NEED A HAND.

Design + Sales
Help buyers see their options and help your team turn the conversation into clear decisions.

Plan reviews, concept sketches, elevation studies, exterior materials, buyer presentations, and CAD markups.

Project + Office
Give the details a place to live and the next step someone to follow up on.

Drawing coordination, selections tracking, permit follow-up, meeting notes, scope organization, and practical office procedures.

Brand + Marketing
You’re doing work worth showing. Let’s get it out of your phone and in front of people.

Photography, floor-plan graphics, sales sheets, project stories, social content, and website portfolio update

GETTING STARTED

FIRST IMPRESSION - 5 hours. $500.

Bring one task or a short list. We’ll agree on the priorities and estimated time before I begin.

Use the hours across design, coordination, or marketing. I’ll track the work, keep you updated on the balance, and stop at the limit unless you approve more.

Introductory builder support at $100 per hour.

Paid upfront. No ongoing commitment.

Outside expenses are separate. Any travel time is agreed in advance.

Need a little more room? A 10-hour block is $1,000.

We will scope the task(s) to the hours available.

A few things I could take off your plate:

Review a plan before the next buyer meeting.

Turn scattered selections into a usable tracker.

Mark up a drawing so the revisions are clear.

Put together a sales sheet for your next home.

Document a procedure you keep explaining,
